Help me analyze this property!
Good afternoon BP family,
I am new agent and I have my first buyer client. They are interested in a vacation home around the cape. They came across this condo (list price $369,000) and are very interested. I ran some comps and found that the price is reasonable based on the area, could be slightly lower around 10k or so. The median I got for the area was $483 p/sq ft which puts it at $355,488 based on the size which is 736 sq ft. Just curious what the veterans around here think about the pricing. Any input will help, thank you!
