Good Afternoon BP,

I have. A seller looking to sell his property in Lincolnshire , IL the property is not structurally sound to rehab. If luxury home  was built on land it can sell for 2m. Home has to be torn down.


It is a tear down opportunity.

asking Price : 400k

sqft: 2,954

Built in: 1948

Arv: 775k to 880k
