Sale price: $234,000
This was a bankruptcy sale. Had to have the trustee and court approval in order for the sale to be finalized. The property was partially redone with flooring and some of the stainless steel appliances being able to be reused. The rehab budget was low and and had a quick turn around time. I had recently sold a model match in the same community that I had also remodeled so I had a sold comp at $237k.
