First Townhouse Deal

Townhouse buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $500,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Bought this from wholesaler. Purchased for 500k, I brought the deal had a friend bring the cash which was roughly 50k for the down payment and rehab. Rent breaks even but we have about 250k in equity in the home. We own it 50/50 so it was a great deal for me.
