Cash invested: $25,000

Was our first home and now our first rental.

Great location in fantastic school district, rapidly growing area, showing great potential for future rental.

Found it on Redfin and used an agent to negotiate the deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

Gutted and renovated the entire home.

What was the outcome?

Home has nearly doubled in value.

Don't live in a house you're flipping. Its a nightmare.
