My First Multi Family and out of state

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Tampa.

Purchase price: $280,000
Cash invested: $36,000

While relocating for work, I was able to get a multi family for with the rents covering the mortgage. Close to the 1% rule and completed with W2 job relo help :)

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

After having listened to hours of the rookie and money podcast it was time to move away from 1st deal fears
