Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Avalon.

Purchase price: $39,000
Cash invested: $250,000
Sale price: $420,000

Teardown and built a complete new home. We learned a lot with this flip. We absolutely did it all from the teardown to the slab to building a complete new home.
