Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $62,000
Cash invested: $62,000

After some minor rehab looking to begin renting to section 8 tenants. This is our first long term rental. Learning the ropes slowly. Paid cash and would like to refinance this deal using a DSCR loan and continue doing this.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have a few friends that do section 8 and they have had great success with them. We were looking for something with a little lower barrier to entry and had the cash to buy this deal.
