Investment Info:

Condo fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $1,250,000

Just picked this one up. ARV $1.5M but DSCR is 1.2% after $625k cash down in a Tourist Destination with an unobstructed Ocean View. Plan to flip then refi to DSCR and rent as a furnished mid term rental.
