Other wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $67,000
Sale price: $77,000

Found this lot on Zillow listed by the owner, texted him and negotiated a 10k reduction from asking price. I then got it under contract, luckily it was the last buildable lot in the subdivision. So then I started marketing it out to builders and finally got an offer for 77k.
