buying a house wholesale

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $50,000

I bought a house wholesale and it turned into immediate cash flow and a great long term investment

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

monthly cash flow and increase in equity

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

the house went up for auction and no one purchased it

How did you finance this deal?

owner carry

How did you add value to the deal?

by fixing up the property

What was the outcome?

with in a year I had about 150,000 in equity and at the time about 1000 dollars in cash flow
