What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We always wanted to get into Short Term Rentals and felt that doing it somewhat close to home for our first one was the way to go!!

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional financing as a second home loan

How did you add value to the deal?

We conducted a lot of exterior work as the interior had already been remodeled. We spent a lot of time on the back and front yards to add curb appeal.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

My wife Brittany was my real estate agent and she specializes in STR's around Texas.
