Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $50,000

4-Plex Cash Flowing, $1500 per month

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Buy and Hold is my thing. It has to cash flow $1000+ from the start.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I did FB Ads to find the 4-Plex. Looking for more

How did you finance this deal?

DSCR

How did you add value to the deal?

I looked at Propstream, Zillow, Old republic data

What was the outcome?

Nice Cash flowing property..

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Managing from a far can be a challenge but If you get right people on the ground, you can manage from a far.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a realtor and would work with other realtors, investors, wholesalers, landlords
