What should i do with this little house at the pool?

Hello,

This will be my 1st flip project and i am so excited. Anyone has any idea, suggestion to turn this little house at the pool into?

Does it have electricity there? Water? You can turn it into a pool house. Put a refrigerator in there, cut out a large opening for a bar, and put stools outside, hang up some hooks on the other side for towels, inside an area to corral all the pool toys, etc.

Or .... a storage shed for tools, etc.
