This is a coliving home. There are 13 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Real estate agent informed my friend that she was representing an off-market seller based in NY.

I was pretty well prepared. Nothing that I haven't been able to manage or handle.

I worked with a different lender but same real estate agent and contractor.
