Cute 900 sq feet townhome located in Durham NC, rented for $1250/month

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The opportunity came up from a client

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My current buyer client need it to sake this condo in order to purchase her next home. I was the selling agent for her next home as well.

How did you finance this deal?

$60,000 cash down payment the remaining balance through a conventional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

No value added

What was the outcome?

I am keeping the renters for another year.
