Property near JBLM with HOA.
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Bought when I had no idea what I was doing :).
Refi to get money out to reinvest at 3.5% interest, which is why cashflow lower.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I had money and know real-estate was good place to park some extra money :). Really no idea at the time except it might cashflow soon.
Regret is that the HOA is a pain to deal with, but it's a good place overall if tenants are good with keeping the lawn nice.
