Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $325,824
Cash invested: $62,000

Under contract. Made downpayment. New construction, scheduled to complete by Febraury 2024.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

In July 2023, the Tampa area was rated as a good place to invest in residential real estate.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I worked with my Realtor from Tampa Home Group - John & Maria Hoffman
Keller Williams Realty.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash obtained from sale of my previous home.

How did you add value to the deal?

NA - It's still under construction.

What was the outcome?

Waiting to close and in April, I'll move to Tampa so I can live in the area and start scaling in that city.
