Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Cincinnati.

Purchase price: $170,000
Sale price: $250,000

Large 4 Bed 2.5 Bath finished basement.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Larger property in an area I have not invested in yet.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Auction property

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and hard money.

How did you add value to the deal?

Put a new roof on the property, had to remodel two of the rooms where the previous roof was leaking, carpet and paint upstairs, paint downstairs.

What was the outcome?

Sold

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Still finding challenges with the contractors. Paid for a few things twice on this property.
