What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We wanted to get into out of state investing and learn the nuances related to it. This property is ideal for us since it allows us to get into out of state multifamily investment and the experience we learn will help us in or future deals.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Our agent @Zeke Liston of Reafco helped us find the deal. Our negotiation tactics along with the all cash offer helped us secure the deal at $20k below the list price.
