Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $520,000
I was able to secure 5% down on an conventional loan without refinancing out of my FHA. This is a long term rental with both units occupied at above market rents.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Asheville is a very hot market. Rents and home values will continue to rise.
