Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

19 unit portfolio of residential and small multifamily properties in Arlington, TX that we have acquired, renovated and turned into short term rentals(STR). We started our own STR management company (Northridge Rentals) which runs the operations for all these properties.

Quote from @Zach Edelman:

Nice! Are STRs allowed in Arlington, TX? I know this is on the outskirts of Dallas but might not be considered Dallas, so I'm curious.

Arlington has pretty strict rules on STR. There is a designated zone near the stadium or what they call the "entertainment zone" . $500/year registration fee.

There are some other options as well...for example I think if it is zoned commercial you can apply to have STR....but not just any residential or MF neighborhood.
