Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Palm Coast.

Purchase price: $511,250
Cash invested: $205,000

Beautiful new 3 Bedroom 2 Bath with a single car garage Duplex. Block construction no carpet, quartz counter and tile tub and showers.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Duplex home do well in Palm Coast.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I work with the builder on another deal and picked us this deal and the neigboring property off market before there completion.

How did you finance this deal?

Partner ship and equity out of another property

How did you add value to the deal?

New construction
