Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Broken Arrow.

Purchase price: $106,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $150,000

Medium Term Rental - Renting individual rooms to tenants - creating a 25% higher cashflow than renting the entire property to one tenant.
Cashflowed $50 over breakeven originally, then raised rents after a year to cashflow to $250 over breakeven.
Bought with a private note, then refinanced to fund another investment, then sold for a 40+% profit, and an 800+% return on total cash invested.
