Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $475,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Just closed on 5 more doors. 2 duplexes and 1 house. Rents currently hover around $4300/month. Lots of room to bump to get north of $5000/month. Payment is $2900. Taxes and insurance combine for around $600/month. Looking forward to cleaning up operations and looking for next deal.
