Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Alvarado.
Purchase price: $110,000
Sale price: $165,000
Buy & Hold & Flip: This is when I got hooked. It felt so rewarding, everyone wins! The transaction broker thought I was seasoned.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
My sister in-law wanted to start investing in real estate.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I knew an agent that was passive, I always knew I could structure a deal and make it work for everyone.
How did you finance this deal?
Buyer financed; and had a committed prospective investor post hold
How did you add value to the deal?
The only investment was replacing the garage, exterior doors, and curb appeal
What was the outcome?
It went as planned with minimum push back from buyer.

Never do business with in-laws that are not willing to learn the business.
