Single-family residence wholesale investment in Kankakee.

Purchase price: $11,000
Sale price: $16,000

You guys, the framing in this house was so solid. I will never forget being in the clean skeleton of this 2 bedroom on E Maple in Kankakee.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Super motivated seller that had the property for 20 years, and haven't done anything with it. The property had no plumbing, electric.
