First Ever Fix&Flip

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Waynesburg.

Purchase price: $380,000
Cash invested: $100,000
Sale price: $550,000

Being my first fix and flip, and it being 6 hours away, I faced many challenges and learned lots the hard way. My biggest take away from the deal is to find reliable contractors and set clear expectations.
