Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $1,850,000
Cash invested: $2,200,000

Two 49-unit apartment complexes in North Park, San Diego. Partnered with 5 individuals on both projects. The tentative completion date is November 2024

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is my first large commercial investment. I have wonderful guidance and mentors involved in the deal to assure the completion and success of this project

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Farming and Prospecting

How did you finance this deal?

We leveraged some other properties as well as becoming a funds acquisition manager

How did you add value to the deal?

I became the contract manager, funds acquisition manager, and now potential project manager

What was the outcome?

TBD

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I was the Agent involved in both purchases off-market
