Planning to buy a Lennar property in Hutto - Need advice - First time investor

Hi All

This is my first post in BP. Great community here. Glad I could find this.

I have a primary in California and looking for my first investment property in Austin. There are some new home under construction in Hutto area by Lennar. There are some great deals on ready to move in homes. Lennar is also providing mortgage rate ~6.125.

Looking for advice on whether it is a good time to buy a investment property in Hutto area? If yes, what incentives I can negotiate with Lennar.

Property details : 1645 Sq.Ft | 3 Bed 2 Bath | 1 Story | 6250 Sq.Ft lot | 337K

Thank you all in advance

Hi Mitch, if Total Cash Invested equals Equity, I mistook your meaning and totally agree
