my fix and flip experience

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $68,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $180,000

got a fixer upper from a real state agent fix it live in it for 2+ years and sold it

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

the price and the location and the need of a house

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

licensed real state agent we got the price lowered due to the many repairs the house nede

How did you finance this deal?

I saved and repair

How did you add value to the deal?

a retaining wall behind the garage install siding repair drywall add a full bathroom in the baseman open a new egress window and finish the basement talked to a Spanish roofing crew and replace the roofing for a fraction of the price and paint the interiors fenced the back yard

What was the outcome?

listed for 175k and got an offer for 180k

challenges time and money it was hard to live in it and work on the weekends at the same time
