The Start of finding my purpose
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $308,000
Cash invested: $68,000
Sale price: $769,000
Starter home for first 2 years, turn rental for several years, then sold for profit after remodel.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I like working with my hands and very much enjoy every aspect of investing in RE. I am passionate about design and construction, and enjoy a hands on approach when it comes to DIY.
How did you add value to the deal?
I did a lot of work myself and hired subcontractors for things I could not do at the time.

Many learned with each project I do.
