Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Harrison.

Purchase price: $130,000
Cash invested: $25,000

First investment opportunity! Great learning lesson, while covid made certain procedures (hiring, supplies, etc) harder it forced a learning lesson that has been proving valuable in our later projects. This property was a good example of buying distressed property and how investing time and capital into it both increased our monthly cash flow and gave equity to use in other projects.
