Condo fix & flip investment in Painesville.

Purchase price: $26,000
Cash invested: $59,292
Sale price: $123,000

Hello everyone,
I am 18 years old and new to real estate, this was my first ever Fix and Flip. Me and a group of investors bought four condos for 130k and this was the first one we sold.
