Cash invested: $60,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Finding a ranch of this size in the beautiful Northern AZ was a chance of a lifetime!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on craigslist and I negotiated the terms with the owner and his real estate agent

How did you finance this deal?

cash down and OWC

How did you add value to the deal?

Bought 517 acres originally then purchased the 2 lots around it to take it to 590 acres.

What was the outcome?

its estimated to be worth 1.2M

the seller had an agent, I did not.
