What to do?
I own a small (1000 sq ft 2/1) SF home in a rapidly improving and desirable part of town, but it is in need of total renovation. I don't owe much on the property currently, but I also don't have the time or money to invest in it to make it profitable. Is it worth borrowing to get it done? What would you do?
