Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Camden.

Purchase price: $77,000
Cash invested: $51,817
Sale price: $156,500

Bought a foreclosure on the Courthouse Steps, ripped out flooring and expanded the kitchen, overall update of property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To try my hand at Flipping.

Courthouse Step Auction. Had done a BPO on the property, new what was inside!

Severance Package from Corporate Real Estate Position after 13 yrs of loyal service

Full kitchen remodel, flooring and paint!
