First House Hack

Mitchel Luther
Posted

Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $192,000
Cash invested: $10,000

My first property. Using it as a house hack right now for free housing. Hoping this is the start of many properties.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for a way into real estate, and jumped on this as a house hack deal. I have 2 friends living with me now that pay the mortgage plus $200 in cash flow. Hoping to get bigger and better deals in the near future.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow. Admittedly I did not negotiate as well as I should have. Hoping my next property I can negotiate a little better.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Mortgage
