Purchase price: $53,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $169,000

2 unit. full rehab

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Was the perfect opportunity to buy and flip. Great neighborhood and a great deal.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

auction

How did you finance this deal?

paid cash. brrr to pull my money out. was going to originally fix and hold for LTR

How did you add value to the deal?

complete rehab.

What was the outcome?

Was able to flip this one for a little over 50K profit
