Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.
Bought property for $850,000 with 1 house on it. Sub divided the lot and sold original house for $525,000. Built 2 family home for approximately $400,000, plans, build etc. Sold new home for $1,050,000

Property was across the street from protected area, we fell within 100ft of it, so we had some delays and additional costs for approvals
