What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To help my parents move closer and the “why” being start my real estate journey with something close to home.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I really didn’t have any idea about what I was doing, but now I would like to branch into small (2-4) multis and learn more
