On this page, there are multiple equations listed for different metrics. For example:

NOI = Income – expenses

Income – expenses = cash flow

and....


ROI = Cash flow/investment basis

COC = Cash flow/investment basis

Does anyone have a clearer equations/definitions of importance for each of these metrics?
