Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Hanahan.

Purchase price: $249,500
Cash invested: $136,750

Bought a duplex in a nice neighborhood with a decent schools. We've since moved out and have turned both sides into STR's. Cash flow has greatly improved.
