Who has a single family residence and wants it to generate passive income?

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I bought a SFR with an additional unit in the back. The back unit is a long term rental. In 2021, I 'split the house in half' and created a JADU (junior accessory dwelling unit) using part of the primary single family residence. The JADU is now also a long term rental. My business office is run out of the garage on the property. My husband and I live in the primary single family residence. Curious? Reach out to chat about what I did.
