Retail buy & hold investment in Raytown.

Purchase price: $1,610,000
Cash invested: $1,610,000

We own the real estate of a Popeyes drive-thru - under a 10-year triple-net lease in Kansas City, MO.

High traffic count, across the street from a Walmart, 5 miles from Arrowhead Stadium. Say no more!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Simple to understand. Predictable monthly income from recession-resistant business.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I look at QSR deals every day. This one was very unique.

How did you finance this deal?

I raised capital from limited partners. All equity, no debt.
