Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Holcomb.

Sale price: $435,000

Built for a customer

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was employed as a Project Manager/Builder.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My Broker brought the deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Financed by the owner

How did you add value to the deal?

I used my wealth of experience to ensure the building was structurally solid and aesthetically appealing in and out. I bought most of the fixtures.

What was the outcome?

The customer was happy. The house was sold within a very short time.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Any new house well-built within a reasonable price range compared to others within the same community will always sell. No serious challenges because the customer gave me a free hand to carry out the construction.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes. Our Broker and Brokerage firm: Executive Homes Realty, LLC
