I'm currently trying to run deal analyses on single-family properties in Macon, GA / Warner-Robbins. Does anybody have any advice on calculating property taxes? Appreciate the advice ahead of time.

Hey @Felipe Rivera, fortunately you don't have to guess!

Search Google for the county tax commissioner (e.g., "Bibb tax commissioner") to find current and historic property tax data.

So, for example, in Bibb County, it's https://bibbcountyga.governmentwindow.com/tax.html.
