Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment.

Purchase price: $477,000
Cash invested: $120,000

1926 Bungalow/Cottage
4/2
2184 sqft

Investors picked up these deal from another Investor at a good price.

ARV = $720,000

Final product will remain 4/2. Full remodel preserving the original cottage look with modern amenities.

I cannot wait to see what they do with this one!
