Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $450,000
Cash invested: $122,500

Closed our first deal earlier this year in our backyard. Small multi-unit. Came with renters who are amazing taking care of property and always pay on time.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to get started with something local.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I got my real estate license studying at night since I still have a full time job. Connected with top agent for KW in the township. Shared our goals. His expertise is in selling multi unit investment properties and owns 30+ doors himself. He brought us this deal and closed it for us.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional, 25% down payment, 30 year loan.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes. Recommend Neil Dalal with KW Montgomery.
