Help with analyzing wholesale/value add deals

Hey everyone, I’m so thankful that so many are willing to help new people like me. So I am looking to start buying properties. I have done my research and feel pretty good on my basic knowledge. However I haven’t implemented any of it yet. I was hoping there might be someone out there that would be willing to either let me “watch” a deal they are doing with an off market lead that they are using the Brrrr method. Do a small deal with me 50/50 capital and 60/40 payout you, same situation. Or walk me through a deal I find from analyzing, to closing, to how to talk to a contractor to get stuff fixed and I give you a percentage of the profits. Thank you for paying it forward!
